Chicken Coops and Tractors

Want backyard chickens but don't know where to begin? We can custom make or pick from existing stock, we make mobile chicken coops (tractors) or standing coops. We primarily use recovered / repurposed and upcycled used old growth cedar or other untreated outdoor wood. Each coop is designed to hold a specific number of free range or enclosed chickens. Every coop includes roosts, nesting boxes and closures to keep out predators. Coops can be delivered to the Puget Sound area for no charge. Contact us for currently stock or to discuss custom needs.

Worm Bins

An essential part of utilizing your entire kitchen scraps, reducing your waste stream. All worm bins are made from recycled or upcycled / savaged cedar. Designed for families of 2-3, can be custom made for larger needs. Custom made to your requirement, bins can include dividers, drainage and/or ventilation holes.

Vegetable Storage Racks

For those who grow serious amounts of produce, our vegetable storage racks are designed to maintain positive air flow around individual trays. Helps organize and keep your cold stored vegetables. Made from 100% repurposed cedar with galvanized fasteners. Contact us for more info.

rainwater collection systems

Going beyond the standard small rain barrels, we can help you design a full rainwater recovery system. Tried and true, you can harvest your entire roofs rain potential to provide non-potable water for toilet flushing, washing clothes, and irrigating your urban farm. Will also provide an emergency source of water in case of natural disasters. Each system is specifically designed to fit your house and landscape.
